Masa for Tamales
Tamales (the singular is tamal) are a traditional Mesoamerican dish made of masa, a specially prepared corn flour. The dough is steamed or boiled in a corn husk or banana leaf wrapper which is discarded before eating. Tamales can be filled with meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits or chilies—the filling is limited only by your imagination.
Minsa masa mix is the cornflour required to make perfect tamales.
